Section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope or intent of this Agreement or any provision hereof. Wherever from the context it appears appropriate, (i) each pronoun stated in the masculine, the feminine or neuter gender shall include the masculine, the feminine and the neuter, and (ii) references to “including” shall mean “including without limitation.”
