The headings of all Articles, Clauses and Subclauses are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement, or any provision thereof. Use of words "Article", "Clause" or "Subclause" in this Agreement refers to an Article, Clause or Subclause of this Agreement unless a contrary intention is specifically stated.
