Hazardous Work. The Producer may not require any performer to do stunt or hazardous work without first obtaining, from that performer, express written consent prior to the commencement of the performer's services in the Short Film. The Producer will fully discuss the physical requirements of the role at the time of audition or interview. The Producer must notify the Union of hazardous or stunt activity and the day on which such activity will occur. The Producer must provide a safety expert who must be present and available for consultation at the place of such activity. An animal handler or qualified trainer must be provided when Producer requires a performer to work with animals.

Hazardous Work. The employee selected to perform hazardous work and Producer are to negotiate and agree upon a rate in advance for such work and, if no agreement is so reached, the employee will not jeopardize working opportunities by refusing to perform work that is considered hazardous. The employee may request the assistance of the Business Representative of the Union in such negotiations. When an employee covered by this Agreement is working in close proximity and is exposed to the same hazard with the same degree of risk to which another employee covered by the Basic Agreement is exposed who has negotiated a hazardous pay adjustment, the employee covered by this Agreement is entitled to that same hazard pay adjustment. In all other hazardous work situations, the amount of such adjustment shall be the subject of individual negotiations. If an employee is required to sign a waiver due to hazardous conditions for any state or governmental agency or owner of private property and refuses to sign such waiver, such employee may be replaced, but such refusal shall not limit such employee's future employment opportunities with Producer. When Producer knows in advance that such a waiver is required, Producer will advise the Union of the situation.

Hazardous Work. (a) Where a claim is made that work is hazardous, determination of the question shall be left to the Chief Engineer or Management Representative and Shop Xxxxxxx of the building and, in the event they fail to agree, the matter shall be determined through the grievance and arbitration procedures. The Union and the RAB shall appoint an equal number of representatives, between six (6) and ten (10) in total, to a Labor Management Committee, which shall be known as the "Industrial Safety Committee."
Hazardous Work. Where the Xxxxxxx decides there is a hazard to the safety of the employee, then two (2) men shall constitute a crew for the particular work situation, and these employees shall be paid at double time for a minimum of not less than one (1) hour, for any time spent in performing the hazardous work.
Hazardous Work. A. Whenever a Member believes they have been instructed to perform work under hazardous conditions, such person shall have the right to discuss their concerns with the supervisor. After such a meeting, if the Member still contends the job to be performed is hazardous, the Member shall immediately notify the Safety Officer regarding the situation. Hazardous Work. No employee shall be allowed to work alone in a situation in which working alone is hazardous. In the determination of whether it is hazardous to work alone, the Employer's Safety Officer and the Union shall meet to discuss and make recommendations as to what constitutes such a hazardous condition when the question arises. Any condition or procedure which an employee believes in good faith to pose a threat to employee safety shall be called to the attention of the supervisor immediately. If the problem is not resolved, the employee or Union may forward the matter to be taken up as an agenda item at the next meeting of the Local Safety Committee.
