Common use of Hazardous Waste Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Waste. Become involved, or permit, to the extent reasonably possible after the exercise by the Borrower of reasonable due diligence and preventive efforts, any tenant of its real property to become involved, in any operations at such real property generating, storing, disposing, or handling Hazardous Material or any other activity that could lead to the imposition on the Borrower or the Agent or any Lender, or any such real property of any material liability or Lien under any environmental laws.
