HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS PROHIBITED. Tenant is strictly prohibited from storing or using on the premises materials classified as hazardous or toxic under any local, state or federal law or regulation, and from engaging in any activity which produces such materials. Tenant's obligations of indemnity as set forth above specifically include any costs, expenses, fines or penalties imposed against the Landlord arising out of storage, use or creation of any hazardous material by Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees, invitees and/or guests. Landlord may enter the space at any time to remove and dispose of prohibited items.

HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS PROHIBITED. Tenant is strictly prohibited from storing or using within the Storage Space or on the Premises any materials classified as hazardous or toxic under any local, state or federal law or regulation, and from engaging in any activity which produces such materials.   • Toxic or Hazardous Substance Any substance designated or defined as toxic or hazardous under any “Environmental Law” or that poses a risk to human health or safety, or the environment, and products and materials containing such substance. “

  • Hazardous Substances The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity, concentration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured, transported or otherwise handled.
