Common use of Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate. Prior to executing this Lease, Tenant has completed, executed and delivered to Landlord Tenant's initial Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate (the "Initial HazMat Certificate"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference. Tenant covenants, represents and warrants to Landlord that the information on the Initial HazMat Certificate is true and correct and accurately describes the use(s) of Hazardous Materials which will be made and/or used on the Premises by Tenant. Tenant shall commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, complete, execute, and deliver to Landlord, a Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate ("the "HazMat Certificate") describing Tenant's present use of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and any other reasonably necessary documents as requested by Landlord. The HazMat Certificate required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate. Prior to executing this Lease, Tenant has completed, executed and delivered to Landlord Tenant's ’s executed initial Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate (the "“Initial HazMat Certificate"”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference. Tenant covenants, represents and warrants to Landlord that the information on in the Initial HazMat Certificate is true and correct and accurately describes the use(s) of Hazardous Materials which will be made and/or used on the Premises by Tenant. Tenant shall commencing Commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, complete, execute, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, a Landlord an executed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C ("the "“HazMat Certificate"”) describing Tenant's ’s then-present use of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and any other reasonably necessary documents and information as requested by Landlord. The HazMat Certificate required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E..

Prior to executing excuting this Leaselease, Tenant has completed, executed and delivered to Landlord Tenant's Tenanes initial Hazardous Materials Disclosure Materialx Xxxxxosure Certificate (the "Initial HazMat Ha7,Mat Certificate"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference. Tenant covenants, represents and warrants to Landlord that the information on the Initial HazMat Certificate is true and correct and accurately describes the use(s) of Hazardous Materials which will be made and/or used on the Premises by Tenant. Tenant shall commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, complete, execute, and deliver to Landlord, a Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate ("the "HazMat Certificate") describing Tenant's present use of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and any other reasonably necessary documents as requested by Landlord. The HazMat Certificate required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

The HazMat Certificate Certificates required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.B.

Tenant shall shall, commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, complete, execute, and deliver to Landlord, a upon request, an executed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate ("the "HazMat Certificate") describing Tenant's then-present use of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and any other reasonably necessary documents and information as requested by Landlord. The HazMat Certificate Certificates required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.D.

The HazMat Certificate Certificates required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Tenant shall shall, commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, completeif Landlord so requests in writing, execute, and deliver to Landlord, a Landlord an executed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate ("the "“HazMat Certificate"”) describing Tenant's present use of Hazardous Materials on any changes to the Premisesthen- current HazMat Certificate, and any other reasonably necessary documents as requested by Landlordor, if no changes have occurred, Tenant shall so notify Landlord in writing. The HazMat Certificate Certificates required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.F.

The HazMat Certificate Certificates required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Prior to executing this Lease, Tenant has completed, executed and delivered to Landlord Tenant's executed initial Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate Certificate, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT D (the "Initial HazMat Hazardous Materials Certificate"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference. Tenant covenants, represents and warrants to Landlord that the information on in the Initial HazMat Hazardous Materials Certificate is true and correct and accurately describes the use(s) of Hazardous Materials which will be made and/or used on the Premises by Tenant. Tenant shall shall, commencing with the date which is one year from the Commencement Date and continuing every year thereafter, complete, execute, and deliver to Landlord, a an executed and updated Hazardous Materials Disclosure Certificate Certificate, substantially in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT D ("the "HazMat Annual Hazardous Materials Certificate") describing Tenant's then present use of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and any other reasonably necessary documents as requested by Landlord. The HazMat Certificate required hereunder shall be in substantially the form as that which is attached hereto as Exhibit E..
