Common use of Hazardous Goods Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Goods. (a) If the Goods comprise any hazardous materials or dangerous goods, the Supplier is responsible for clearly marking, transporting and storing the Goods in accordance with all Legislative Requirements and must provide Atlantic with the relevant materials safety data sheet (MSDS) for all such Goods.‌
