Hazardous Goods. To the extent any hazardous or toxic substances are delivered by TOMRA under the Agreement, they shall be marked by TOMRA with the appropriate international danger symbol(s). Hazardous Goods. Customer acknowledges that there may be hazards associated with the storage, use and disposal of Goods. Customer agrees that only qualified and trained individuals who have been made aware of these potential hazards will handle the Goods. Customer also assumes all risk and liability resulting from its use or disposal of Goods.
