Hate Speech. The Parties shall refrain from using abusive language that may incite hostility, political intolerance and ethnic hatred or undermine each other.
Hate Speech. Ads may not contain “hate speech,” whether directed at an individual or a group, based on membership within certain categories. Hate Speech. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you may not use the AI Model or AI Model Output in any way that constitutes unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, racist, hateful, vulgar, cruel, illegal or obscene activity, or that promotes any such activity, as determined in Arpeggi’s sole discretion. In addition to any and all other remedies that Arpeggi may have, Arpeggi is authorized to enforce this provision by seeking to remove any use of the AI Model or AI Model Output in breach of this Section 2.1, including by sending takedown notices to third-party platforms on which the AI Model or AI Model Output have been made available or used in such a way that violates this provision.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.   • Information Sources The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Investments or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians and from other commercially reasonable sources such as commercial data bases and the like, but shall not be responsible for specific inaccuracies in such information, provided that the Custodian has relied upon such information in good faith, or for the failure of any commercially reasonable information provider.
