Harmonized Sales Tax. (a) The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the transaction contemplated herein is subject to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) under the Excise Tax Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. E-15 (the “Act”) and that the Purchase Price does not include HST. The Vendor shall provide the Purchaser with its HST Business Number.
