Harmful Behaviour. Students who exhibit behaviours which are deemed potentially harmful to themselves or others may be required to meet with support services and/or have their emergency contact notified as a condition of their continuing to live in residence. Alternative housing arrangements may be necessary in cases where a student is deemed to require more support than our staff can provide.

Harmful Behaviour. Students who exhibit behaviours which are deemed potentially harmful to themselves, or others may be required to meet with support services and/or have their emergency contact notified as a condition of their continuing to live in residence. The on-call support team and/or the dons, will engage with Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Campus Safety and/or Toronto Police Services to help students travel safely to the hospital when required. Due to university policy, staff are not permitted to drive students or take them by taxi. Our goal is to provide intervention to students who require care in the safest way possible for both students and staff. Alternative housing arrangements may be necessary in cases where a student is deemed to require more support than College staff can provide.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Behavior 1. Students must respect each other.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.   • Serious Misconduct In the case of serious misconduct, or for disqualifying crimes as defined in statutes applied to the licensed provision of home care services, each Employer may in its sole discretion, for reasonable cause, bypass any one or all of the steps of progressive discipline. In the case of any form of discipline less than termination, the employee’s disciplinary action shall include a description of the conduct that is the basis for the disciplinary action(s). Each Employer will strive to identify specific corrective action(s) that the employee is expected to take to improve his/her performance.

  • Assault Any case of assault upon a teacher which occurs in the line of duty shall promptly be 20 rights and obligations with respect to such assault, and its legal assistance to the teacher in 21 connection with handling of the incident by law enforcement and judicial authorities. In such 22 event, the following shall apply:

  • Alcohol (a) A worker who returns a negative alcohol test will be allowed to return to work with no record of the test kept. A worker who returns a positive result for alcohol (above 0.00mg/ml) will be deemed not fit work and will not be permitted to return to work;

  • Workplace The Employee shall be required to perform work at or any other site of work for the Employer.
