Hardwood Flooring. For one (1) year after the Date of Warranty, Seller will repair or replace any defective hardwood flooring. Hardwood floors that swell or buckle will be replaced. Shrinkage and separation of floor boards is normal, and cracks will be repaired by filling and refinishing to match the wood surface as closely as possible. While the repaired cracks not exceeding 1/8-inch in width is not required under the applicable Construction Performance Guidelines, Seller agrees to repair such cracks once, and recommends that such cracks all be addressed at the end of the one year Limited Warranty coverage.

Hardwood Flooring. Seller warrants floors in accordance with the standards as established by the American hardwood flooring industry. Cracks between boards are to be expected and not considered a defect. The size of the cracks may vary with-changes in humidity. Seller is not responsible for damage caused to hardwood flooring by homeowner due to improper care, maintenance or abuse
Hardwood Flooring. The Tenant is responsible for the proper care of the apartment’s hardwood flooring. Scratches, gouges, warping, moisture damage, etc. caused by misuse is not considered normal wear and tear and will be charged to the Tenant’s account.
Hardwood Flooring. This warranty does not cover wood flooring over concrete. Your Company Name assumes no responsibility for the repair of damage to wood flooring over concrete.
Hardwood Flooring. Hardwood flooring which swells or buckles is covered for one (1) year from the date of possession, so long as such swelling or buckling is not caused by the spilling of water or use of water or a wet mop to clean the hardwood flooring. SELLER recommends that only a dry or static mop, e.g., Swifter, be used to clean hardwood flooring. Shrinkage and separation of floorboards is normal and is not covered. Raising the relative humidity in the dwelling can retard this.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Glazing All new and replacement exterior windows shall have sealed, low emmissivity, insulating glass units which are manufactured by members of SIGMA and IGCC. Sealed insulating glass shall meet ASTM E774, class B. Glass shall be hermetically dual sealed, inert gas filled, double pane units with exterior 3/16” bronze float glass (IoE second surface), ½” air space, and interior 3/16” clear float glass.   • Carpet Cleaning Shampooing carpets with the deep dirt extraction (steam cleaning) method per manufactures recommendations.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
