Hardware and Spare Parts. Contractor shall, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the respective Date of Acceptance at his option without undue delay repair or replace without charge to Purchaser any part of the Hardware of the Wireless Fixed Access Infrastructure found to be faulty by reason of defective material, construction or workmanship. Contractor shall, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the respective Actual Date of Delivery at his option without undue delay repair or replace without charge to Purchaser any part of the Hardware of the Subscriber Terminal or Spare Parts found to be faulty by reason of defective material, construction or workmanship. Consumable parts, such as lamps, fuses etc, are excluded from said warranty.
