Handling Claims. Manager shall report to RREM promptly in writing all accidents and claims of which it is aware for damage and injury relating to the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Project and any damage or destruction to the Project coming to the attention of Manager. Manager shall not settle on Owner's behalf any claims with Owner’s insurers or any third-party claimant without Owner’s prior consent.

Handling Claims. Manager shall report to Owner promptly in writing all accidents and claims of which it is aware for damage and injury relating to the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Projects and any damage or destruction to the Projects coming to the attention of Manager. Manager shall not settle on Owner’s behalf any claims with Owner’s insurers or any third-party claimant without Owner’s prior consent.
Handling Claims. Manager shall promptly report to Owner all accidents, claims for damages relating to the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Property, any damage to or destruction of the Property, and the estimated costs of repair thereof, and prepare and file with the applicable insurance company in a timely manner required reports in connection therewith. Manager shall cooperate with and assist Owner in the investigation, processing, or settlement of claims affecting the Property including the execution of proofs of loss, the adjustment of losses, signing and collection of receipts, and collection of money, with the prior approval of Owner.
Handling Claims. Manager shall report within a reasonable amount of time to Owner all accidents and claims of which it is aware for damage and injury relating to the ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Property and any damage or destruction to the Property coming to the attention of Manager and will assist Owner in Owner's attempts to comply with all reporting and cooperation provisions in all applicable policies. Manager is authorized to settle on Owner's behalf any and all claims against property insurers not in excess of $1,500, which includes authority for the execution of proof of loss, the adjustment of losses, signing of receipts, and the collection of money. If the claim is greater than $1,500, Manager shall act only with the prior written approval of Owner.

Handling Claims. Manager shall report to Owner, as soon as practicable after Manager becomes aware of the same, all accidents occurring on or about the Project and any damage or destruction to the Project coming to the attention of Manager. Manager is authorized to settle on Owner’s behalf any and all claims against property insurers not in excess of $1,000, which includes authority for the execution of proof of loss, the adjustment of losses, signing of receipts, and the collection of money.
