HANDBOOK AND REGULATIONS. 3.1 The University will provide the Institution with access to the University’s Handbook (either in print or online). The Handbook is intended to add detail to this Agreement, forms part of it, and sets out the operational requirements expected of the Institution while an Approved Institution. The Handbook is updated from time to time, and while the University will endeavour to notify the Institution of any changes to the Handbook, it is the Institution’s responsibility to regularly check for updates on the University’s website.
