Common use of Hand Tools Clause in Contracts

Hand Tools. In any case where Trades employees or other employees are required by the Corporation to provide their own hand tools, and where such hand tools are broken as a result of such employees carrying out their required duties and responsibilities in a proper manner, then the Corporation shall pay the cost of replacing such broken hand tools, unless the employee is able to effect replacement without cost under the terms of a guarantee or warranty.
