H Program. Encompassing a wide variety of educational and enrichment experiences to help young people discover and develop their potential. 4-H Youth Development Program Advisors provide meaningful, learn-by-doing educational activities to children in 4-H clubs and/or to children participating in school enrichment and after-school programs. Citizenship and science literacy including biology, math and engineering are thrusts of the program. The Counties share common area-wide problems and issues, yet have different needs and priorities as well. The University will serve Counties and will allocate the resources of the UC Cooperative Extension County Partnership in a manner roughly proportionate to the level of support provided by each County. While the University will endeavor to respond to the highest needs of every County, it is understood not all needs can be met given the limitation on available resources. Attachment B In-Kind (Tangible, Non-Monetary) Support Provided by Counties In accordance with the above Item No. IV., Responsibilities of Counties, Counties agree to support University’s provision of the Cooperative Extension program with in-kind (tangible, non-monetary) support as follows. Attachment B Support Provided by the Foothill Counties Including In-Kind (Tangible) and Direct (Cash) Contributions The Foothill Counties agree to support their Multi-County Partnership for the provision of the Cooperative Extension program as follows. H Program. Review The Parties agree that the patrol schedule shall be reviewed for effectiveness on an on-going basis. Either Party may terminate this schedule with 45 days notice prior to the end of the then current schedule cycle. In the event of such notice, the Parties agree to meet and discuss the reasons for the notifying Party’s desire to end the schedule. If no resolution is successful, at the end of the then current schedule cycle, the patrol schedule will revert to the previous schedule, as contemplated under the previous contract executed on July 12, 1996 which was a relief schedule of two (2) day shifts, two (2) evening shifts, followed by two (2) days off except for (a) those employees assigned to the midnight shift who worked four (4) shifts, followed by two (2) days off; and (b) detectives and non-patrol staff working five (5) eight (8) hour shifts.
