Gymnasium. If the Village provides the use of a gymnasium, it is for the use and benefit of residents only. Residents use the gymnasium at their own risk at all times and the Owner and Operator accept no liability for any injury from the use of the gymnasium or the gymnasium equipment. Any resident wishing to use the gymnasium, must contact the Village reception.
Gymnasium i. No person may use equipment in the gymnasium until such person has received training by a representative of the Club.

Gymnasium. The School District will make its facilities available to the City, without cost, for use on weekdays from 6:00pm - 10:00pm (when available) with special arrangements to be made for youth groups after 3:30pm. • School Gyms are not available on weekends unless special arrangements are made and approved by the School Administrator.
Gymnasium. A small gymnasium has been built for exclusive use by lodge guests. It is stocked with basic equipment. Access is with a room key card.
Gymnasium. The Tenant shall have the right to use and to sub-let the gymnasium during the term of the Lease for Permitted Uses and in accordance with the Business Plan. In the event that the gymnasium is not rented or leased and the Landlord requires access to the gymnasium to address an emergency or a threat to public safety, Xxxxxx agrees to use reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Landlord in efforts to make the gymnasium available without charge to address the emergency or public safety needs.
