Guidance Services. Guidance services will be provided at the high school, junior high, and elementary levels. Guidance services at the elementary level may be provided by a guidance counselor, a school psychologist, or a teacher on special assignment.
Guidance Services. The guidance program is operated under the direction of one full time counselor. She confers with parents and students concerning scheduling, vocation, and educational plans, academic achievement, interprets data from tests, and assists the student with personal and individual counseling. Guidance is an essential part of the educational program that is available to students, parents, and teachers on a continuing basis. Students are encouraged to see their counselor at any time a need arises. Student Records Booneville High School collects, maintains, and disseminates student records in compliance with Mississippi Codes 37-3-49, 37-15-3, and the family educational rights and privacy act of 1974. Parents may set up an appointment with the counselor if they desire to see their son or daughter’s records. Library Services Students may enter the library with an official pass slip by a teacher. Any book checked out to a student is the responsibility of that student. The library will also be open before and after school for your for your convenience.
Guidance Services. Guidance is given in the selection of program objectives that relate to the student's area of interest. The advice in the selection of appropriate courses for the intended program objective is given through the school counseling office. If students indicate interest in a baccalaureate degree, they are given information about the general education and prerequisite requirements that relate to their degree objective by the PBSC advisor.
Guidance Services. The College will provide guidance services to participating students in the selection of courses for the dual enrollment program. The students must have a plan that includes post-secondary education objectives including course selection that leads to an AA, AAS, AS degree or a certificate program 1007.24 – 1007.25. The Daytona State College Dual Enrollment Administrator may provide guidance for these students.
Guidance Services. The Guidance and Special Education Section of Education Queensland provides the School with the services of a Guidance Officer and Learning Support Teacher, who visit the School on an “as needs” basis.

All high school dual enrollment students will be introduced to Valencia’s automated advisement system (Atlas) and the State of Florida’s on-line advisement system (xxxxx.xxx), which provide the students with the opportunity to identify educational objectives and develop an educational plan to complete an associate degree and/or bachelor’s degree. Parents of dual enrolled students will identify courses that can be used to meet Florida high school graduation requirements. Dual enrollment students may register for up to 13 college credit hours in the fall and spring terms as that is a full-time college course load. Summer term dual enrollment is only for previously enrolled dual enrollment students and is limited to 7 credit hours. Students obtain their dual enrollment grades by looking at their Valencia academic transcript in Atlas xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. Dual enrollment grades are also listed on the student’s high school transcript.

These sessions may be held in small groups or individually. Information at these sessions may include the use of the automated advisement system (xxx.XXXX.xxx), as well as course and program requirements leading to a post-secondary diploma, certificate, associate degree or baccalaureate degree. Guidance is given in the selection of program objectives that relate to the student’s area of interest. Guidance Services. The guidance program is an integral part of the total school program and involves student, teachers, parents, and administrators, as well as counselors. The goal of the guidance department is to assist each student in reaching his/her greatest potential. The Counseling Staff is available to meet with you by appointment. Students may make appointments to see their counselors by checking with the guidance secretary before school, after school or during passing time between classes.
Guidance Services this category comprises of services dedicated to helping the elderly cope with daily life problems and household activities and guides their safe execution through the day. It provides for stimulation and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle via the following: • Object Location Assistance: serves as a “memory support” that helps the elderly to remember where certain objects are usually stored around the house. • Motivation for Physical Activity: stimulates and motivates the user to take physical activity. Also provides a set of videos with detailed instructions that guide the elderly while they preform physical exercise at home. • Physical Activity Guidance: provides the Physical Activity and Motivation Guidance Service in order to stimulates, motivates and guide the elderly to carry out physical activity either in the home.
