Guest Responsibility. The Student agrees to inform guests of University and Provider policies and to accept responsibility for the behavior of any guest(s) including financial liability for any damages resulting from the actions of any guest(s). The student also agrees to remain with and escort their guest inside the housing facilities throughout their visit.

Guest Responsibility. 13.1 Guests are expected to comply with any regulations for use of the apartment. These are available on arrival and on our website. If any guest breaches any of these conditions or the regulations, we reserve the right to request a guest vacate their apartment immediately without refund. The number of people in an apartment must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
Guest Responsibility. 8.1 Skippers at Dundee gives no guarantee as to the condition, safety or suitability of the Services or the Facilities or Equipment. The Guest releases Skippers at Dundee from any liability for the loss caused by fault of Services or the Facilities or Equipment.

If, in our opinion, any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the contract may be treated as discharged and we may repossess the property immediately. The guest will remain liable for the whole cost of rental and no refund shall be due. Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property by Bungalow at the Farm staff for maintenance if given reasonable notice. Security Deposit: We reserve the right to charge the Guest a security deposit which will be returned on departure. Wildlife: Our properties is in a rural area. Please therefore expect to meet some wildlife, including the odd spider, mouse, bird, fly, bee, wasp or other creature, which may make their way into a property unbeknownst to the owner. Spiders in particular are not considered to be a pest and consume up to 2000 other insects per year. If this is likely to be a problem, it would be best not to book. (If any of these creatures are encountered, do not panic, but contact the owner in a calm and reasonable way - but only if the creatures become a serious menace. Otherwise, just open a window or a door and let them out, as this is usually what they prefer.) Owners reserve the right to take no action if they do not consider the existence of the wild life to be a serious threat to health.
Guest Responsibility. 1. Those wishing to use district facilities must complete the District Facility Use Agreement form, and provide a certificate of insurance and payment at least seven (7) working days prior to use of the facility.

The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the object, arising from his fault or from the fault of visitors, children under his care/supervision, up to the full amount. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused, even after his departure and after the damage is established.
