These are then held by the system securely for 31 days. All adults staying at a property are required to register. At guest registration, you will be asked to digitally confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend domestic Travel Insurance to cover extra-ordinary events or risks.

All persons under age 21 agree to not consume alcohol on the premises. Parents of renters under age 21 will be required to be occupying the premises along with their young adult children. SC drinking age is 21, not 18 years of age.

Animals: Animals are permitted on the premises. There is a $150 pet fee, per pet. This is non refundable. You are responsible for ensuring your pets do not damage the property. You are subject to additional fees, if damage found is greater than the amount of your deposit. .
Guest Registration. All clients, vendors, or guests of the Licensee, that intend to use the Rooms for more than three (3) consecutive days or five (5) days in total during the term of this Agreement, shall register with the Licensor, in advance, for security purposes, and shall provide the Licensor with the Registration Information set forth above. If MANAGER discovers any unregistered guests or visitors, or property is over-occupied exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity, MANAGER reserves it’s right to charge the GUEST a penalty calculated by $100 per person per night multiplied by the total number of nights of the reservation for each unregistered person. Any unregistered GUEST found on the property during the duration of the agreement shall also be considered a trespasser under Florida Law. Should you need to make any changes to your guest registration prior to check-in, please make such requests by e-mail to MANAGER. MANAGER will confirm changes by e-mail. The total number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy limits of the Vacation Rental property. GUEST consents to electronic signature of this document in lieu of an original signature upon an actual charge slip. GUEST agrees this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 45 days after leased premises are vacated.
