Guest Policies. No one other than Resident(s) named herein shall have a right of occupancy in the living accommodation without the consent of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), unless otherwise permitted pursuant to guest policies established by Good Shepherd. The intent of such policies shall be to permit stays of short duration by guests of residents where such stays shall not, in the opinion of the CEO, adversely affect the operation of the Facility or be inconsistent with the welfare of residents.

Guest Policies. GradPad residences are designed to be exclusive, postgraduate-only communities, and therefore the following guest policies have been put in place for the comfort of all residents who share this living space:
Guest Policies. All guest fees are payable at the time of play. No discounted rates for guest play are offered at this time. Annual paying members receive 4 comp round vouchers per year, per membership account. Pace of Play Players are required to keep pace with the group in front of them at all times and/or to complete 18 holes in four hours and thirty minutes, whichever is less. Use of Golf Carts Golf carts are to be driven in accordance with applicable cart restrictions at all times, and otherwise in a safe and controlled manner. Golf carts are allowed on the fairways of all par 4’s and 5’s at a 90º angle from the ball to the cart path. Par 3’s at Crystal Springs are cart path only at all times. However, inclement weather or other conditions may evoke further cart restrictions. The staff will notify players of any temporary restrictions, but players are expected to refrain from driving golf carts where it may damage the golf course. Guest Policies. You and your guests must comply with all written rules and policies, which College Park and/or Mineral Area College adopt for the property and general use of campus facilities. The current policies and procedures will be given out in written form at the time of move in and initial orientation to College Park. These policies and procedures are considered to be a part of this Housing Agreement and either College Park or Mineral Area College can revise, amend, expand, or discontinue the policies and procedures at any time at its sole discretion through action of the Board of Trustees, and by distributing to each resident, or posting a notice on a bulletin board or other area that Mineral Area College designates for notices to residents of College Park and students of the College. If you violate any of these policies or procedures, you are considered to be in violation of the Housing Agreement.
Guest Policies. This policy exists to allow residents to have guests in a manner that does not infringe upon the comfort or rights of other residents and maintains an appropriate level of safety and security in the building. Being and/or having a guest is a privilege and not a right. Regardless of length of stay, the guest is expected to abide by all college, building and EHS policies, procedures, regulations and standards. The host is responsible for the actions of their guests at all times. Any guest who violates any EHS/school or building policy while in EHS housing is subject to penalties including EHS and/or school disciplinary procedures and/or legal penalties and will be asked to leave the residence. EHS and/or schools that work with EHS have the right to ban any guest. The management maintains 24-hour security in the lobby as well as surveillance cameras in all hallways, elevators, and common areas. PROCEDURE All residents must complete a Guest Registration for their overnight guest regardless of guest’s length of stay. The following conditions must be met: • All guests must abide by the Code of Conduct. • NO guests under the age of 18 are permitted to be an overnight guest. • It is the responsibility of the host to meet their guest in the lobby and to remain with that person at all times when the guest is in the residence. • If the host departs the building the guest must also depart and is not permitted back into the residence until the host is able to personally escort them. • All guests must register at the security desk by showing proof of a valid unexpired photo identification card. • No person who is required by law to register as a sex offender may be a guest in any EHS residence. • A non-resident may not be an overnight guest in the residence for more than seven (7) nights per calendar month, regardless of the host. • All residents are legally and financially responsible for the conduct of their guests. • EHS reserves the right to ban any guest who engages in volatile behavior. DAYTIME GUESTS Provided that there is no unreasonable interference with the rights of a roommate, a resident may have a maximum of two (2) short-term daytime guests who stay between the hours of 8:00am and 12:30am. Guest Policies. Members may host up to three accompanied guests at a rate of 20% off the regular posted rate for greens fees (the “Guest Fees”) during non-twilight hours or tee times.
