Guard Services a. The Service Provider agrees to provide stationary guard services, at a separately agreed hourly rate, on demand by the COTR and shall include, but not limited to, escorting and guarding detainees to medical or doctor's appointments, hearings, ICE interviews, and any other remote location requested by the COTR. Qualified detention officer personnel employed by the Service Provider under its policies, procedures, and practices will perform such services. The Service Provider agrees to augment such practices as may be requested by CO or COTR to enhance specific requirements for security, detainee monitoring, visitation, and contraband control. Public contact is prohibited unless authorized in advance by the COTR.

ICE agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for stationary guard services provided at a negotiated rate of $15.20 per hour. Any incurred overtime pay for such services will be reimbursed at the applicable overtime rate of $20.19 per hour. Provided there is a separately funded line item in the task order, transportation mileage shall be reimbursed at the mileage rate established pursuant to the General Services Administration (GSA)/federal travel allowance rate in effect at the time the Contracting Officer signs the Agreement. Mileage shall be denoted as a separate item on submitted invoices. Any adjustments to this rate in accordance with GSA mileage rates will be identified in the task order. Adjustments are not retroactive. Medical/Mental Health Care – All medical and mental health needs will be provided for through the Division of Immigration Health Services (“DIHS”). The facility is responsible for the provision of appropriate space and offices to support a medical clinic operation. To the extent allowed by applicable federal law, regulation, and DIHS or ICE policies, DIHS may provide medical and mental health records to a state or local law enforcement agency as part of a criminal investigation that the state or local law enforcement agency is conducting.
Guard Services. Contractor will provide guard services as requested or required by the circumstances or the law for inmates admitted or committed to an off-site medical facility at the rate of $15.00 per hour/per guard.
Guard Services. Anoka County shall not be responsible to provide guard services to Juveniles who require hospitalization unless agreed to by both parties to this contract. Such guard services may include an additional charge to be agreed upon by the parties.

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours, stubbed to the Premises; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (c) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
