Common use of Guaranty Agreements Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Agreements. Those certain Guaranty Agreements, of even date herewith, executed by Ronnix X. Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxa X. Xxxxxxxx, xxx Piercx-Xxxxxxxx Xxxxgy Partners, LP, in favor of the Beneficiary, guaranteeing the performance of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement and the Note (as the same may be supplemented, amended, modified, extended, and renewed, being referred to herein as the “Guaranty Agreements”).
