GUARANTEE AND INDEMNITY. 2.1 In consideration of the Lenders agreeing at the request of the Guarantor to make the Loan available to the Borrower in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement, the payment by the Trustee to the Guarantor of ten Dollars (USD10) and other good and valuable consideration (the receipt and adequacy of which the Guarantor hereby acknowledges) the Guarantor:
