HOTO Requirements The requirements published on DEQMS in respect of commissioning, handover and takeover of projects on the Defence Estate, including: the documents set out at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/XxxxXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxx.xxx, and all applicable requirements referred to therein; and any other requirement published on DEQMS expressed as applying to the commissioning, handover and takeover of projects on the Defence Estate, each as updated, superseded or replaced from time to time.

GST Legislation. 6. All Parties agree to reconsider this Agreement should the Commonwealth Parliament pass the GST legislation in a way that significantly affects this Agreement.
