GST gross up. If a party makes a supply under or in connection with this document in respect of which GST is payable, the consideration for the supply but for the application of this clause 11.2 (GST exclusive consideration) is increased by an amount equal to the GST exclusive consideration multiplied by the rate of GST prevailing at the time the supply is made.

GST gross up. 54.2.1 If a party (Supplier) makes a supply under or in connection with this Services Agreement in respect of which GST is payable, the recipient of the supply (Recipient) must pay to the Supplier, an additional amount equal to the GST payable on the supply (GST Amount).

GST gross up. If GST applies to any supply made under this Agreement, then the Party making that supply may, in addition to any other amount payable in this Agreement, recover from the other Party an additional amount on account of GST, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the current GST rate, provided that the Party gives the other Party a tax invoice for the supply. Unless otherwise specified, any amount payable under this Agreement is exclusive of GST.
