GSE Mechanic. The work of a GSE Mechanic shall consist of all work generally recognized as that of a GSE Mechanic including the inspection, maintenance, service, repair, overhaul and operation of GSE equipment and forklifts. He shall monitor and perform routine inspection of boilers at the facility in accordance with the Company's prescribed boiler operations procedures. He shall complete all necessary records required in conjunction with his job. He shall possess proper licenses. He must possess a "black seal" Boiler Operator's License. He shall not perform any work which is outside the mechanic's or Company's capabilities by virtue of equipment or experience. He shall be paid a license premium of $1500.00 per year for the "black seal" license. The Company will pay for the annual cost of license renewal and any training required in the renewal process for the Black Seal license. Automotive Mechanic Helper: An automotive Mechanic Helper shall be an employee whose duties shall consist of assisting an Automotive Mechanic in the performance of his duties and performing other general work assigned to the Automotive Department not requiring the qualifications, skill, responsibilities and judgment of an Automotive Mechanic.

GSE Mechanic. To qualify as a GSE Mechanic, an employee must have knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and hydraulic systems, automatic transmission, and all other aspects of ground equipment repair. They must also have general welding, auto body and paint, and diesel engine knowledge. The work of GSE Mechanics shall consist of work generally recognized as GSE Mechanic's work performed by the Company in or about Company shops, Maintenance Base, line service stations, Company buildings, or equipment. Such work shall include all mechanic maintenance work when performed by the Company including but not limited to the dismantling, repairing, fabricating, welding, altering, and maintaining of all machinery and mechanical devices, automotive equipment, ramp equipment, buildings, hangar and field storage or dispensing equipment. GSE Mechanics will also perform work which is incidental to their primary duties as a GSE Mechanic. GSE Mechanics will not be required to inspect parts, sub-assemblies, or completed assemblies, except to the extent necessary to determine, accomplish, and approve their own work. GSE Mechanics must be capable of performing the work satisfactorily and must hold the valid and necessary certificates as required by law.

GSE Mechanic. The work of a GSE Mechanic shall consist of the general duties, but are not limited to: Maintain, repair and determine repair and maintenance requirements of ground support equipment, vehicles, and aviation support equipment including heavy equipment, diesel and gas powered equipment, and aircraft power units. GSE Mechanic. The work of a vehicle mechanic shall consist of and include any and all work generally recognized as mechanic's work in and about Company shops maintaining the electronic record keeping systems/work orders and other related duties as requested or assigned, buildings or facilities. This includes all work contracted by owners or persons authorized by owners to contract the work to the Company, whether in Company shops, buildings or not. Xxxxxxxx's work includes, but is not limited to, mechanical work involving the dismantling, overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling, testing, welding, painting and erecting all parts of radio equipment, electrical systems, heating systems, interiors and machine tool work therewith. A GSE Mechanic must possess a valid driver's license and is responsible for reporting to the Company whenever he/she does not hold a valid driver's license. Any current or future GSE mechanic assigned to the ORD location will be an employee of Signature Flight Support.

With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the private or community pool (including hot tubs) and patio areas.

  • Sole Source as Grounds for Rejection of a Change Order If a Change Order is submitted to Contractor for the purposes of adding a Bulletin to this Contract and said Bulletin designates a Sole Source from which Contractor is required to procure goods or services necessary to perform the Work, which Sole Source has not been designated previously, Contractor shall be entitled to reject the proposed Change Order if the designated Sole Source refuses to provide to Contractor the warranties, bonds, terms or schedule required under the Contract Documents, including any warranty or terms or schedule required by Bulletins referenced in the proposed Change Order. In such event, Contractor shall give written notice to the Owner rejecting the proposed Change Order and, if possible, shall accompany said written notice with a proposal from Contractor for changes or modifications to the Bulletin so as to eliminate the Sole Source designation but to achieve goods or services equal in quality or function. The Owner may then require the Design Professional to revise the subject Bulletin so as to eliminate the designation of the Sole Source by incorporation of Contractor's proposal or otherwise. Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.

  • Continuing Jurisdiction The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement as well as any and all matters arising out of, or related to, the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement and of the Settlement contemplated thereby.

  • Death, Incompetency, or Bankruptcy of Member On the death, adjudicated incompetence, or bankruptcy of a Member, unless the Company exercises its rights under Section 8.5, the successor in interest to the Member (whether an estate, bankruptcy trustee, or otherwise) will receive only the economic right to receive distributions whenever made by the Company and the Member's allocable share of taxable income, gain, loss, deduction, and credit (the "Economic Rights") unless and until a majority of the other Members determined on a per capita basis admit the transferee as a fully substituted Member in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.3.
