Growth Capital Final Payment. On the final Growth Capital Scheduled Payment Date with respect to each Growth Capital Advance, Borrower shall pay, in addition to the outstanding principal, accrued and unpaid interest, and all other amounts due on such date with respect to such Growth Capital Advance, an amount equal to the Growth Capital Final Payment.
Growth Capital Final Payment. The Growth Capital Final Payment when due on the applicable Growth Capital Maturity Date or pursuant to the terms of Sections 2.1.1(c) or 2.1.1(d);

  • Growth Capital Advances Subject to Section 2.5(b), the principal amount outstanding under the Growth Capital Advances shall accrue interest at a floating per annum rate equal to the greater of (i) three quarters of one percentage point (0.75%) above the Prime Rate, or (ii) five and one half percentage points (5.50%), which interest shall, in each case, be payable monthly in accordance with Section 2.5(d) below.

  • Final Payment The Final Payment, when due hereunder, to be shared between the Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares;

  • Final Pay Today the Company will pay you all accrued salary earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.   • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Additional Payment (a) If, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8(a)(ii), but subject to subsection (b), it is ultimately determined by a court or pursuant to a final determination by the Internal Revenue Service that any portion of Total Payments is subject to the tax (the "Excise Tax") imposed by Section 4999 of the Code (or any successor provision), then the Company shall pay to the Executive an additional amount (the "Gross-Up Payment") such that the net amount retained by the Executive after deduction of any Excise Tax and any interest charges or penalties in respect of the imposition of such Excise Tax (but not any federal, state or local income tax) on the Total Payments, and any federal, state and local income tax and Excise Tax upon the payment provided for by this Section 23 shall be equal to the Total Payments. For purposes of determining the amount of the Gross-Up Payment, the Executive shall be deemed to pay federal income taxes at the highest marginal rate of federal income taxation in the calendar year in which the Gross-Up Payment is to be made and state and local income taxes at the highest marginal rates of taxation in the state and locality of the Executive's domicile for income tax purposes on the date the Gross-Up Payment is made, net of the maximum reduction in federal income taxes that could be obtained from deduction of such state and local taxes.
