Common use of Group Term Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Group Term Life Insurance. The school employer shall provide $50,000 group term life insurance coverage for each full-time teacher employed under regular contract and enrolled in the group plan determined and selected solely by the board, following input from the association, with the teacher one dollar ($1.00) per year. The coverage shall include a double indemnity clause. The above is to be effective on September 1 of the school year.
