Common use of Group Structure Chart Clause in Contracts

Group Structure Chart. If there is a material change or inaccuracy in the corporate structure of the Bank Group or any Holding Companies of the Company from that set out in the Group Structure Chart most recently delivered to the Facility Agent, including upon consummation of the Merger, the Company shall deliver or procure that there is delivered to the Facility Agent, as soon as practicable upon becoming available, an updated Group Structure Chart containing information sufficient to evidence the matters set out in paragraphs (a) to (d) of Clause 21.19 (Structure) and showing such material change or correcting such inaccuracy.

Group Structure Chart. If there is a material change or inaccuracy in the corporate structure of the Bank Group or any Holding Companies of the Company from that set out in the Group Structure Chart most recently delivered to the Facility Agent, including upon consummation of the Merger, the Company shall deliver or procure that there is delivered to the Facility Agent, as soon as practicable upon becoming available, an updated Group Structure Chart containing information sufficient to evidence the matters set out in paragraphs (a) to (dc) of Clause 21.19 (Structure) and showing such material change or correcting such inaccuracy.

Group Structure Chart. If there is a material change or inaccuracy in the corporate structure of the Bank Group or any Holding Companies of the Company Borrower from that set out in the Group Structure Chart most recently delivered to the Facility Agent, including upon consummation of the Merger, the Company Borrower shall deliver or procure that there is delivered to the Facility Agent, as soon as practicable upon becoming available, an updated Group Structure Chart containing information sufficient to evidence the matters set out in paragraphs (ab) to and (dc) of Clause 21.19 21.18 (Structure) and showing such material change or correcting such inaccuracy.
