GROUP SIZE a. To participate in a Learn with the Lords Online session, you must have a minimum group size of 10 students.
GROUP SIZE. The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description. Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight. In the event that the maximum capacity has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without a refund. FALSIFIED RESERVATION Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
GROUP SIZE. Unless otherwise stated our textile tours are based on a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 8. We will keep you updated as the group evolves. In the event that there are less than ten travellers booked on this tour, you will be advised at the earliest opportunity and always no less than 8 weeks, (56 days) before departure. At that time, you will be offered one of the following options:
GROUP SIZE. The number occupying the property is, under no circumstances to exceed the number of people stated on the confirmation form unless by agreement with the Owner. Please note that extra charges may apply. The Property Manager exercises the right to enquire the makeup of the group, ages of guest and intended use of the property e.g., family stay, small celebration etc.
GROUP SIZE. Our tours are guaranteed to depart once they have six fully paid travellers, unless a minimum group size specifically states otherwise.
GROUP SIZE the number of children assigned to a caregiver/teacher or a team of caregivers/teachers occupying an individual classroom or an assigned space within a larger room.
GROUP SIZE. Participant limits may differ from tour to tour. If the participant limit is exceeded, it may be necessary to engage another guide. The engagement of another guide takes place after prior consultation.
GROUP SIZE. Group size for groups used in an SBMF web service request may not exceed 20 Wireless Devices. The SBMF web services gateway will not accept transactions for groups larger than 20.
GROUP SIZE. Our minimum group size is 10, with a maximum group size of 40 (children and adults) for classroom programs. Larger groups may schedule an assembly program, but these programs have very limited animal interaction after the program due to the larger group size. Our programs are designed to be an enjoyable, interactive learning experience. If the outreach instructor(s) arrive at your location and the number of participants exceeds the number booked and the instructor feels that the program cannot be safely or effectively delivered, he or she may return to the Zoo without presenting the program. No refunds will be issued, so please be sure to state on the form your group size in order for us to plan the correct animals and presenters for your program request.

On arrival and in the unlikely event the house requires further housekeeping or if there is a minor maintenance issue, please inform our Property Managers immediately. They will co-ordinate the appropriate team to fix the problem as soon as practically possible.
