Common use of Group Property Clause in Contracts

Group Property. 18.1. All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e-mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 17.2 above and the items referred to in that clause) and any copies created or received by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s employment are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the relevant Group Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive on demand by the Company, in circumstances set out in clause 27 below.

Group Property. 18.1. 20.1 All reports, files, notes, notes memoranda, e-e mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 17.2 above 19.1 and the items referred to in that clauseclause 19.4) and any copies created made or received by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s course of his employment (whether during or after) are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the relevant Group appropriate Associated Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive on demand to someone duly authorised by the Company, Company in circumstances set out in clause 27 belowaccordance with Clause 29.

All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e-mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information information as defined in clause 17.2 18.2 above and the items referred to in that clause) and any copies created or received by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s 's employment are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the relevant Group Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive on demand by the Company, in circumstances set out in clause 27 28 below.

All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e-e mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 17.2 above 18.2 and the items referred to in that clauseclause 18.4) and any copies created made or received by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s his employment under this Agreement are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or the relevant Group appropriate Associated Company and shall be surrendered by the Executive on demand to someone duly authorised by the Company, Company in circumstances set out in accordance with clause 27 below27.

All reports, files, notes, memoranda, e-mails, accounts, documents or other material (including all notes and memoranda of any Confidential Information as defined in clause 17.2 16.2 above and the items referred to in that clause) and any copies created or received by the Executive in connection with the Executive’s employment are and shall will remain the sole property of the Company or the relevant Group Company and shall will be surrendered by the Executive on demand by the Company, including in the circumstances set out in clause 27 25 below.
