Group Membership. Groups on Prosper may be rated according to the collective payment performance of the group's members. Therefore, if you are a member of a group, your failure to make loan payments when due, or the failure of another group member to make loan payments when due, may have a negative effect on your group's rating.
Group Membership. Group membership rates may be available for companies/firms, clubs or other commercial businesses with 6 or more members. If at any time and for any reason the number of members under the group membership falls below 6, you will have 30 days to remedy, failing which the membership will be reclassified as individual membership. In that case members will be charged a supplement to align to the fees for individual members, for their remaining contract period.
Group Membership. 2.11 The BCF Core Group is chaired jointly by the Council’s Director of Adult Social Services and the CCG’s Chief Operating Officer.

(1) Two or more Contracting Parties which are net exporters of coffee may, by appropriate notification to the Council and to the Secretary-General of the United Nations at the time of deposit of their respective instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval, provisional application or accession, declare that they are participating in the Organization as a Member group. A territory to which this Agreement has been extended under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 48 may constitute part of such Member group if the Government of the State responsible for its international relations has given appropriate notification thereof under the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 48. Such Contracting Parties and designated territories must satisfy the following conditions:

Two or more Contracting Parties may participate in the Organization as a Member group, by appropriate notification to the Council and to the Depositary, which will take effect on a date to be specified by the Contracting Parties concerned and on conditions agreed by the Council, including financial obligations.
