Group Medical/Dental Insurance. The employee will pay no more than $20.00 per month towards the cost of single coverage. Group health insurance shall include health and dental insurance and the plan year shall run from January 1st through December 31st. Dental insurance only may be purchased for $15.00 per month. Employees may purchase dependent coverage at their own expense. The most senior AFSCME represented employee shall attend the initial proposal meeting presented by the broker/Insurance Company In the event the Employer is notified of a cancellation or termination of its health insurance policy, the Employer will assert its best efforts to negotiate for a policy with the same or similar coverage and will meet and confer with the Union with respect to the renewal of the policy. The Employer shall establish and maintain an IRS "Section 125" Plan for employees. The administrative costs of said Plan shall be paid by the Employer.

Group Medical/Dental Insurance. A. Effective September 1 for October coverage each year, a contribution of up to the maximum insurance benefit allocation per full-time equivalent employee as approved by the legislature will be made per month toward the cost of District approved medical/dental insurance plan for full-time equivalent employees. The contribution will be pro-rated for eligible part-time employees. When premiums are listed separately for each, the District will pay the cost of Dental Insurance first, then the cost of Medical Insurance, up to a combined total of the benefit allocation per full-time equivalent employee per month.

  • Group Dental Insurance Not available to part-time Station Attendants. Group insurance coverage for temporary full-time employees will be in accordance with XXX #1.
