Group Life Insurance Benefits. A-3.01 All employees shall be entitled to group life insurance benefits. In the event of death, the employee's beneficiary or the employee's estate in the event that no beneficiary is named shall receive an amount equal to two (2) times the employee's annual earnings subject to the limitations of the Plan. The Employer shall pay the full premium cost of this benefit.

Group Life Insurance Benefits. The Employer will provide group term life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment benefits to employees in the amount of $75,000 for the duration of this Agreement.   • Life Insurance Benefits A. During the life of this Agreement, the basic life insurance benefit made available to Faculty members shall be calculated as 3 times base annual earnings, rounded to the next highest $1,000, but not more than $225,000.
