Group Life and Benefit Plans a) The Board shall contribute 100% towards the premium costs for all benefits listed below with the exception of the LTD benefit. Employees shall pay 100% of the premium costs for LTD. The Union shall choose the Insurer for the LTD plan and shall be responsible for the administration of the plan. The Board will deduct and remit the premiums from Teachers as directed in writing by the Union.
