Group Leaders. A Group Leader shall be paid the rate of $15.00 per day for all days worked. For the purpose of computing overtime the hourly rate of $1.90 per hour will be used. Job descriptions for each newly designated Group Leader shall be agreed upon pursuant to Article 30.00.
Group Leaders. Group Leaders shall be chosen by the College President or his/her designee whenever he/she deems it necessary. In the selection of a Group Leader, the College President or his/her designee will give weight to seniority in his/her choice. Group Leaders. Group Leaders in all classification shall receive twenty cents ($0.20) per hour above the applicable rate for the classification being led.
Group Leaders. Group Leaders appointed by the College shall, while acting in such capacity, receive a differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour worked.
Group Leaders. A group leader, designated by the Plant Manager or his/her designated representative, shall be paid $0.36 over his/her calculated job rate for the duration of the assignment. The designation to group leader will be made on the basis of seniority, provided the employee possesses suitable qualifications to perform the group leader function and that the regular job he/she performs is such that it allows him/her to perform the group leader function. No group leader shall hire, lay-off, suspend, discharge or exercise other discipline.
Group Leaders. Group Leaders classification shall not be bid; however, the Company shall give full consideration to senior employees, when there are openings in the classification. Group Leaders will be assigned to areas of responsibility and direction by the Company. Group Leader Classification: The term “Group Leader” refers to a job on which the employee has the combined responsibility of directing the work of a group of employees on other hourly rated production and maintenance jobs and may or may not perform some of the same work as that of the group directed.
