Common use of Group Leader Clause in Contracts

Group Leader. 17:1 Group Leaders are hourly rated employees who are selected through job posting primarily to lead the work of the group of employees of which they are a member. Their function is to assist the others in the group to maintain the scheduled flow of work, as well as to do productive work to which they may be assigned.
