Common use of Group Grievance Clause in Contracts

Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have-identical grievances, and each one would be entitled to grieve separately, they may pre- sent a group grievance, in writing identifying each employee who is grieving, to the Department Head, or his designate, within ten days after the circumstances giving rise to the griev- ance have occurred. The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the handling of such grievance.

Group Grievance. The grievances shall be processed as one grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step 2 and the subject to all applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to under the handling of such grievancegrievance procedure.

Where two (2) or more Employees have grievances of a number of employees have-identical grievances, similar nature and each one Employee would be entitled to grieve separately, they the Union may pre- sent present a group grievance, in writing identifying each employee who is grieving, to grievance on their behalf at Step 2 within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Department Head, or his designate, within ten days after the circumstances event giving rise to the griev- ance have occurredgrievances. The grievance shall then be treated processed as being initiated at Step 2 one grievance subject to all the provisions under the Complaint and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the handling of such grievanceGrievance Procedure.

Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have-have identical grievances, grievances and each one would be entitled to grieve separately, they may pre- sent present a group grievance, grievance in writing identifying through the Local Union, signed by each employee who is grievinggrieving and the Local Union President, or designate, to the Department Head, CEO,or his designate, within ten fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the griev- ance grievance have occurred. The grievance shall then be treated in the manner as being initiated at Step 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the handling of such set out for an individual grievance.

Group Grievance. The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the handling of such grievance.

Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have-identical grievances, have similar grievances and each one employee would be entitled to grieve separately, they may pre- sent present a group grievance, in writing grievance identifying each employee who is grieving, grieving to the Department Head, General Manager or his designate, his/her designate within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the griev- ance grievance had occurred, or ought reasonably to have occurredcome to the attention of the employees. The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step 2 3 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the handling processing of such grievance.

The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect come to the handling attention of such grievancethe employees.
