Common use of Group Companies Clause in Contracts

Group Companies. 24.1 Subject to sub-clause 24.3 below the expression "the Company", when used in this Agreement, shall mean and include the Company as defined in the heading to this Agreement and all other companies (if any) which may from time to time be part of the Group (as defined in Schedule 8), and the Executive may be required to exercise and perform his powers and duties hereunder in relation to any company in the Group.
