Group Companies. The Company has disclosed in the SEC Documents a true, complete and correct list of all of its Group Companies. Each Group Company is an entity duly organized, validly existing, duly qualified to do business and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of organization, and has corporate or other appropriate organizational power and authority to own or lease its properties and assets and to carry on its business as it is now being conducted.
