Common use of Group Benefits Clause in Contracts

Group Benefits. 16.01 Permanent employees' participation in the group benefits plans shall be in accordance with the plans which are in effect from time to time. The City's and the employees' contribution to the benefit plan shall be paid for in the proportion of eighty percent (80%) by the City and twenty percent (20%) by the employee for any of the options chosen except for those employees grandfathered into LTDI option 1. The City agrees to keep a copy of these plans on file at all times and they may be inspected by an accredited member of the Union at any time upon application.
