Grounds Maintenance Services. Grounds Maintenance Services provided by RPCA are divided into three “care” categories: 1) Turf Landscaping Maintenance (Includes natural turf athletic fields), 2) Horticultural Maintenance, and 3) Tree Care - Refer to Level of Services Matrices provided in this agreement above. The current existing level of Turf Landscaping Maintenance provided by RPCA is Level Four (4) “Standard”. The current existing level at Horticultural, and Tree Care Maintenance are at Level Two (2) “High”. These levels follow a new naming system found in this agreement; they are otherwise identical to the prior 2012 MOU levels. Grounds Maintenance Services. OPERATOR shall provide all maintenance and repair work in accordance with the applicable warranties and Golf Course Maintenance Standards, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Grounds Maintenance Services. OPERATOR shall provide grounds maintenance services to the Premises, including, but not limited to, the obligation to mow, edge, trim, overseed, fertilize, aerate, sod, change cups, service tees, topdress, raise divots, rake traps, spray, spot irrigate, syringe and renovate turf and shrub areas, as well as to provide weed, disease and pest control, litter control and rubbish removal, parking lot sweeping, tree maintenance, maintenance of irrigation systems including mainlines, pumps, boosters and controllers, to keep xxxxxx in good repair and to provide the necessary and appropriate maintenance of any appurtenant structures and equipment, and to maintain the lakes and to perform other duties as set forth in the Maintenance Standards outlined in the Golf Course Manual. OPERATOR shall replace or change any supplies, materials, or procedures used by OPERATOR that are found reasonably objectionable by Director, within five (5) calendar days after receipt of Director’s written request for such replacement or change. OPERATOR shall make every reasonable effort to maintain certification for the Golf Course from Audubon International as a Cooperative Sanctuary. Operator shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal clean water regulatory requirements, including but not limited to all federal NPDES requirements.
Grounds Maintenance Services. The following tasks will be carried out to properties, schemes, blocks and areas managed by PA Housing and listed in the Grounds Maintenance PSPD. Not all blocks will require all of these services so this specification must be read in tandem with the Grounds Maintenance Property Schedule to determine which services are required at each scheme, blocks and areas. The Contractor may be called upon to undertake Grounds Maintenance services at PA Housing development sites, which have come to the end of their first year of occupation. An agreement will be reached between The Contractor and the Contract Manager as to the scope and frequency of any grounds maintenance and the appropriate cost will also be agreed. Some of the duties outlined in the grounds maintenance specification will relate to plants and areas inside blocks and schemes. The Contractor will be expected to carry out the duties outlined regardless of where the plants etc. are located.
Grounds Maintenance Services. 3.04.01 Daily inspection of all XxXxxx Golf Course facilities, including the 18- hole course, par three course, driving range, clubhouse, and all accessory buildings, in order to monitor maintenance contractor’s compliance with specifications. Reporting of all problems noted on daily inspections to the maintenance contractor’s superintendent and the Director, or his designee.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. If You are active and current on Software Maintenance and Support, You may request reconfigurations of the Software subject to Your payment of Kofax’s then current standard rates for such reconfigurations. Kofax will have no liability to You arising from or related to Your cessation of Software Maintenance and Support, whether from Your failure to timely renew Software Maintenance and Support or otherwise. If You elect to reinstate Software Maintenance and Support following expiration of the Software Maintenance and Support for whatever reason, You will (a) pay a reinstatement fee equal to the sum of the current annual Software Maintenance and Support fees, any unpaid Software Maintenance and Support fees from the date of expiration to the date of reinstatement, and an amount equal to one additional year of Software Maintenance and Support fees, and (b) apply all upgrades, enhancements and new releases to the Software needed to bring Your Software current with Kofax’s most current supported version of the Software. Software Maintenance and Support pricing will increase for renewal terms by an amount not to exceed 5% of the prior year term fee, provided that increases associated with additional software license purchases, if any, will be incorporated into the base for the purpose of calculation of each annual increase.
