Ground Transportation Services shall include the Permittee’s authorized operations under this Permit occurring whenever a Ground Transportation Driver is in a ground transportation Vehicle at the Airport or in the designated areas.

Ground Transportation Services. (a) The Lessee shall make available within the Terminal at reasonable rental rates, such counter spaces and wall telephone installations at such locations as may be determined by the Port Authority and the Lessee for use by limousine, bus, car rental, taxi and other ground transportation operators at the Airport, all of the foregoing being hereinafter called the “Ground Transportation Operators”. The Lessee shall enter into an agreement only with Ground Transportation Operators designated or approved by the Port Authority, covering the occupancy of said counter space, which agreement may provide for the payment of a basic rental (but no other rental, charge or fee of any kind) to the Lessee for the counter space, provided that such basic rental shall represent a fair and reasonable rental for the counter space. The Port Authority shall have the right to, in its agreement with any Ground Transportation Operator, impose obligations on the Ground Transportation Operator with respect to its operation at the counter space, including but not limited to the dissemination of information applicable to said service, and may charge such fees payable to the Port Authority as it may determine.
Ground Transportation Services. The Operator may make provisions for the transportation of pilots and passengers of transient General Aviation Aircraft to and from the Operator’s facilities across the Airport’s Apron areas as a part of his business operations. The Operator performing this service with motor vehicles driven on the Airport property shall do so only in strict compliance with any Airport rules and regulations, applicable federal, state and municipal laws, ordinances, codes, or other similar regulatory measures as may be hereafter added, modified, or amended. The Operator shall procure and maintain for any motor vehicles he operates on the Airport motor vehicle liability insurance in the limits specified in these standards.
Ground Transportation Services. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Operator’s right to operate on the Airport shall not prevent County from permitting or authorizing other ground transportation service providers, such as courtesy shuttle vehicles, regularly scheduled bus or shuttle service, charter or non-charter buses, charter limousines, airline crew transport services, public transportation buses or vans, and Transportation Network Companies and Prearranged Operators operating pursuant to a permit issued by County, from operating on the Airport.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours, stubbed to the Premises; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (c) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care.   • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.
