Common use of Gross Settlement Amount Clause in Contracts

Gross Settlement Amount. As consideration, Defendant agrees to pay a non-reversionary “Gross Settlement Amount” of Six Hundred Thousand and Zero Cents ($600,000.00) in full and complete settlement of the Action, as follows:

Gross Settlement Amount. The Gross Settlement Amount is the maximum amount that Defendant will be obligated to pay under this Stipulation, and under no circumstances shall Defendant be obligated to pay any more than the Gross Settlement Sum, unless otherwise provided for in full and complete settlement of the Action, as follows:this Settlement Agreement.
