Gross Revenue. The Gross Revenue shall be inclusive of installation charges, late fees, sale proceeds of handsets (or any other terminal equipment etc.), revenue on account of interest, dividend, value added services, supplementary services, access or interconnection charges, roaming charges, revenue from permissible sharing of infrastructure and any other miscellaneous revenue, without any set-off for related item of expense, etc.
Gross Revenue. The Gross Revenue shall include all revenues accruing to the Licensee on account of goods supplied, services provided, leasing of infrastructure, use of its resources by others, application Fee, installation charges, call charges, late Fees, sale proceeds of instruments (or any terminal equipment including accessories), handsets, bandwidth, income from Value Added Services, supplementary services, access or interconnection charges, any lease or rent charges for hiring of infrastructure etc. and any other miscellaneous items including interest, dividend etc. without any set off of related items of expense, etc.
Gross Revenue. All revenue, as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, which is derived by the Franchisee or its Affiliates, from the operation of the Cable System to provide Cable Service in the Township, including, but not limited to:
Gross Revenue. The aggregate Spreads or Commission revenue actually received by the Company from each Trader (directed by an Affiliate and identified by a Tracker ID assigned to such Affiliate or identified by entering a sign up bonus code assigned to such Affiliate) registered via web terminal solely as a result of activity by the Trader on the Trading Platform, less any Bonuses given to the Trader, charge backs, or any un-collectable revenue attributable to the Trader.

Gross Revenue. The Gross Revenue shall be inclusive of revenue from Internet access service, revenue from internet contents, revenue from Internet Telephony service, revenue from activation charges, revenue from sale, lease or renting of bandwidth, links, R&G cases, Turnkey projects etc., revenue from IPTV service, late fees, sale proceeds of terminal equipments, revenue on account of interest, dividend, value added services, supplementary services, interconnection charges, roaming charges, revenue from permissible sharing of infrastructure and any other miscellaneous revenue, without any set-off for related item of expense etc.
Gross Revenue. The Gross Revenue shall be inclusive of all types of revenue from Internet services, revenue from Internet access service, revenue from internet contents, revenue from Internet Telephony service, revenue from activation charges, revenue from sale, lease or renting of bandwidth, links, R&G cases, Turnkey projects, revenue from IPTV service, late fees, sale proceeds of terminal equipments, revenue on account of interest, dividend, value added services, supplementary services, interconnection charges, roaming charges, revenue from permissible sharing of infrastructure etc. allowing only those deductions available for pass through charges and taxes/levies as in the case of access services, without any set-off for related item of expense etc.
Gross Revenue. All revenue, as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, which is derived by Franchisee from the operation of the Cable System to provide Cable Service in the Franchise Area. Gross Revenue includes, without limitation: all Subscriber and customer revenues earned or accrued net of bad debts including revenue for: (i) Basic Service; (ii) all fees charged to any Subscribers for any and all Cable Service provided by Franchisee over the Cable System in the Franchise Area, including without limitation Cable Service related program guides, the installation, disconnection or reconnection of Cable Service; revenues from late or delinquent charge fees; Cable Service related or repair calls; the provision of converters, remote controls, additional outlets and/or other Cable Service related Subscriber premises equipment, whether by lease or fee; (iii) revenues from the sale or lease of access channel(s) or channel capacity; and (iv) compensation received by Franchisee that is derived from the operation of Franchisee’s Cable System to provide Cable Service with respect to commissions that are paid to Franchisee as compensation for promotion or exhibition of any products or services on the Cable System, such as “home shopping” or a similar channel, subject to the exceptions below. Commissions received by Franchisee from an Affiliate which provides home shopping over the Cable System in the Franchise Area shall be usual and customary, i.e., the same as or similar to the commissions paid to Franchisee by unaffiliated home shopping providers for distribution over the Cable System in the Franchise Area. Gross Revenue includes a pro rata portion of all revenue derived by Franchisee pursuant to compensation arrangements for local, national and regional advertising derived from the operation of Franchisee’s Cable System to provide Cable Service within the Franchise Area, subject to the exceptions below. The allocation shall be based on the number of Subscribers in the Franchise Area divided by the total number of subscribers in relation to the relevant local, regional or national compensation arrangement. Advertising carried on the Cable System solely in the Franchise Area shall not be subject to proration.
