Common use of Grievance Resolution Clause in Contracts

Grievance Resolution. If a grievance is resolved at Step 2 in the procedure as provided herein, the grievant concerned shall indicate acceptance of the resolution by affixing his/her signature in the appropriate space indicated on the written grievance or written resolution agreement.

Grievance Resolution. If a grievance is resolved at Step 2 2, 3 or 4 in the procedure Procedure as provided in Section E herein, the grievant concerned shall indicate acceptance of the resolution by affixing his/her signature in the appropriate space indicated on the written grievance or written resolution agreementindicated.
