Grievance Processing. 4.3.2.1 CSEA reserves the right to designate representatives authorized to act on behalf of the Association in grievance procedures. CSEA shall notify the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, in writing, of these representatives and include: • The period for which the appointment is made; • The current work site and telephone numbers of the designee.
