GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE AND ARBITRATION. Article 4.01 - Definition A grievance shall be defined as any dispute or controversy between the Company and the Union, or between the Company and one or more of its employees covered by this Agreement in respect to any matters involving the interpretation, application or administration of any provision of this Agreement, any matter involving the alleged violation of this Agreement or any question as to whether any matter is grievable or arbitrable. Time limits referred to in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.
